Notes:

*** Transfer from Antalya Airport to the Hotel (Price will be later announced.)
*** Daily acceptance to the milongas from outside is unfortunately not possible due to the hotel regulations
*** No single or two nights acceptance
*** İf you would like to extend your stay, you can check-in earlier or/and check-out later. Please write this specifically in the notes section in the registration form
*** For long stays, overnight accommodation in double room is 85 Euro, single room is 125 Euro.
*** We will be requesting a 100 Euro prepayment from our participants whose registration has been accepted. We will ask you to make the remaining payment in advance when you arrive at the hotel. Payment details will be written in the email you receive after registration.
*** For cancellations before September 1, 2024, there will be a continuous refund.
*** For cancellations between September 1st and November 1st, 50% of your deposit will be deducted and a refund will be made. No refunds after 1 November.
*** First child under 11 is free, second child under 11 is 50% off.
*** Those who want to have a long holiday can enter before November 7 and leave after November 11. Please specify this in the message section of the registration form.
*** Payment details will be written in the confirmation email you will receive after registration.
