We had a tango dream that came true! Why not do something out of the ordinary! Our intention is to give the neolonga Tango Rotando a unique atmosphere with its own flavor in every aspect of the event.
The music will be a delicate mix of classic tango, tango nuevo and tango alternativo. So will the dance styles.
Come and share your tango passion, your joy and your energy. Let your steps harmonize with the steps of your fellow dancers.
Welcome to challenge yourself, to invite someone you haven't dared to dance with before, to be open to new whims, new figures, new impressions in loving and considerate understanding. With open hearts, happy feet and focused spirits we will create the magic!

16.00 - 16.30: Happy Half Hour: entrance before 18:30 SEK 175:-/ DKR 125:- and a glas of wine (or non alcohol alternative). After 18.30: SEK 200 / DKR 150.
16.00 - 19.00: dance to DJ Thulle, Lund
19.00 - 22.00: dance to Dj Vesna, Halmstad
Beverages and such
Coffee, tea, fruits, vegetables and snacks is included in fee.
If you would like to have a glas of wine, beer etc, you are welcome to bring your own.
Entrence fee: 200 SEK / 150 DKR
Obs! Special offer: Happy Half hour : entrance before 16:30, 175 SEK / 125 DKR and a glas of wine (or non alcohol alternative).
No pre-registration, you pay the entrance fee at the door.
Coffee and snacks is included in the fee. Feel free to bring your own food, it is great to have a picnic in the venue, there is a grocery store around the corner and many restaurants a walk away.

I play both classic argentine tango orchestras and also alternative and nuevo tangomusic. My goal is to put together a variety of rythmic and melodic tandas, satisfying all dancers on the floor.
Dj Vesna, Halmstad
A good dynamic, flow and a nice mix of the classics, nuevo and alternative music is what you can expect from me. I will play the tandas with beautiful light shifts.

We think that what makes a good encuentro is the following:
A balance between followers, leaders and double rollers.
Dancers who can appreciate invitation to dance through cabeceo.
Dancers who "asks for permission" to enter the dance floor.
Dancers who maintains a good flow on the dance floor.
Dancers who are respecting the lines of the ronda.
Dancers who are careful with each other.
Dancers who have realized that it is not about showing off but about enjoying each others embrace.
Great DJ:s who mainly plays music from the golden age.
That we together create a friendly, social and open atmosphere. This also means free seating in the dance hall.

15.00: soup is served. It will be Knud´s fantastic lentil soup!
Beverages and such
Coffee, tea, fruits, vegetables snacks and soup is included in the fee.
There will be a bar serving wine at reasonable cost.
The Price of the event
Full Pass costs 100 € for single application and 180 € for couple application and includes entrance to all milongas including coffee, tea, snacks, fruit and the delicious soup on Sunday. There will be wine at a reasonable cost.
Please notice that it is not possible to buy admission for individual milongas.
A maximum of 100 dancers will be admitted.
Application
We will respond to each application as quickly as possible via email, either with payment information or notifying you that you have been placed on the waiting list. We do not automatically accept applications, and the “first come, first served” basis does not apply. Everyone must complete a registration (followers, leaders as well as double rollers).

Your application is strictly personal and non-transferable.

If you want us to proceed with your application in connection with a partner and the partner cancels at a later stage, we reserve the right to put you on the waiting list without refund of the application fee.

The application fee is due 14 days after the confirmation of your participation. We reserve the right to return you to the the waiting list if we do not receive the funds by the date stated in the confirmation without further notice or reminder.

If you need to cancel: Until June 1:st you will receive a 50% refund. After this date no refund will be made.

This is a private event organized by Tangoevents. Tangoevents cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue.
